I have been using non-US printer cartridges for my HP8620 for the last several years and need to have the regionalization reset so I can move to the all-US cartridges that I now have installed in the printer. My printer is connected to wireless, I have the full feature driver installed on my computer and I have it loaded with all US cartridges now.
Please let me know how to proceed

Thanks for the reply. I had gone through that process. Since the Warranty on the HP 6820 printer is expired, there is no phone or chat link available. I did open Case 5058906597 on Dec 23rd on the US printer ink which is still under warranty, but that was closed on Jan 6th without a resolution
I live in the US and the problem started when I unknowingly put in a European coded ink cartridge purchased off Amazon or Ebay as the first ink cartridge with regionalization. The printer has thought it was in Europe ever since.
