My printer is saying I need to reinstall the printer head? Where is the printer head located and why is it saying this?

To assist you better, what is the complete exact error message?

If the printhead is not seated correctly or if it has failed, you may get this error.

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors
