@Pamala88, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're trying to release print jobs on your HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer. I’d be happy to help you with this.

If your print jobs are stuck or not releasing, here are a few steps to try:

Check the Printer Status

Make sure the printer is:

  • Powered on
  • Connected to your Wi-Fi network
  • Showing as "Ready" on the printer display or HP Smart app

Cancel and Re-send the Print Job

Sometimes, clearing the queue and resending the job helps:

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
  • Right-click your HP DeskJet 2755e and select See what's printing
  • Right-click the stuck job and choose Cancel
  • Try printing again

Use the HP Smart App

The HP Smart app can help manage and release print jobs:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC
  • Tap your printer > Go to Print Queue
  • If jobs are pending, you can cancel or release them from here
    HP Smart

Restart Printer and Computer

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it for 30 seconds
  • Restart your computer
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on
  • Try printing again

Check HP+ or Instant Ink Settings (if applicable)

If you're using HP+ or Instant Ink, ensure your account is active and the printer is connected to the internet. Sometimes, jobs are held if there's an issue with the subscription.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
