Hello,
To delete your data from the printer, please restore the factory default settings as follows:
- On the printer control panel screen, swipe the shortcuts, then touch Setup icon (
). - Touch Printer Maintenance or Tools, and then touch Restore.
- Touch Restore Factory Settings.
A message is shown to indicate that the factory settings will be restored. - Touch Continue.
- The printer automatically restarts with the factory default settings.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
