How do I remove my data from printer Envy 5540 all in one before trashing it?

Hello,

To delete your data from the printer, please restore the factory default settings as follows:

  1. On the printer control panel screen, swipe the shortcuts, then touch Setup icon ().
  2. Touch Printer Maintenance or Tools, and then touch Restore.
  3. Touch Restore Factory Settings.
    A message is shown to indicate that the factory settings will be restored.
  4. Touch Continue.
  5. The printer automatically restarts with the factory default settings.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
