People willing to repair products like this are rare for two reasons:
1. Time required to repair compared to what someone will reasonably pay for labour.
2. Any part beyond a paper tray is typically not available which leaves you with the option of buying used parts that may well fail the same as the part you are replacing. In my opinion, these printers were never marketed with serviceability in mind.
