Both the hinges at the rear of the main lid of my OJ6310 have broken.
Apart from (a) being a ***** nuisance and (b) the fact that the lid no longer 'sits' property on the chassis, it's not a problem except on occasions when I need to open the printer to change/clean the cartrdiges or unjam paper etc. So.....
1. Is it possible to obtain replacement hinges?
2. Is there a service manual that will tell me the correct way to open up the printer in order to replace the hinges, or at least remove the broken bits which are obstruction closure?

This is a Hardware issue with the printer, I have sent you a private message, for the service option that cannot be shared in a public post.
