HP Recommended

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus.   Warranty Expired

Did Standard ink replacement of one depleted cartridge. Hear ink tray moving. Error Message.

Printer Failure    There is a problem with printer or ink system. Turn printer off then on. If problem persists contact HP

 

Tried virtual assist. No help. Have turned on/off on unit and main power source. Message appears.

Any suggestions. Cannot find a contact number to call.
