Product: D1500 printer

I replaced the cartridges 21 & 22 in my D1500 printer and the light won't stop blinking. When I put the old ones back in it stops and prints but there is no ink so nothing shows up on paper. I put the new ones back in and it blinks again and I can't print!

Please try these steps - HP Inkjet Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors
 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
