Product: Deskjet 2752

So .. I purchased an HP Deskjet 2752 all in one printer from my local Walmart about 2 weeks ago. I got a great deal on it and was (and still am) so pleased with it once I got it set up and started printing and scanning. The printer meets all of my needs and then some, couldn't be more satisfied with the product itself. It wasn't until I checked into buying replacement ink cartridges that I found any disappointment. Apparently Walmart sold me a discontinued printer and finding ink cartridges appears to be impossible. It takes a number 67 ink cartridge. I have reached out to HP customer support by phone and online chat and have found absolutely no help. Seriously, it could not be more pointless to contact them. I just need to know if I basically bought an obsolete piece of equipment or is there another cartridge that is compatible with my model. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Hello, 

I went through exactly the same situation, after 2 weeks of searching for the ink cartridges, and after having talked with a HP customer service, I know it's time to give up the search.

 

I also like the printer very much.

I got lucky and found 1 black cartridge on Walmart's website and 1 xl color cartridge on Ebay. When that runs out I guess I will either be finding a new printer or buying a cartridge refill kit. Such a shame that hp is operating like this. It seems to me that it is an attempt to force you to enroll in instant ink.

but be careful with the ink refills, it ruined my last printer I don't know what went wrong but after I refilled it the printer stopped working, a new cartridge did not revive it. Maybe use a very reputable seller.

It also depends on your region.
