Hi there

I have an Officejet Pro 8600 (I know it's an older model) and it keeps giving me an error message "Print failure". I can't remove the message and it won't let me go to the homescreen. If I remove the cartridges only then can I access the homescreen for settings, etc. 

I have looked for a printhead replacement for this model but can't seem to find it? Only second hand ones...

 

Have the printheads for this model been discontinued or are they still available?
