Kudos to you @UserChris88 for taking the time to document and post the solution to this issue.

The instructions are accurate and address the issue.

I am finally able to login to EWS with the admin account!

The default username for this printer is admin

The Default password for this printer is The 8 digits of the WPS Code

The firmware was updated to do that a while ago, but not the documentation. Can check this Reddit thread I put together for the full details.
