Hi,

 

My printer is asking for a password to enter the setup menu, however, I have no recollection of creating a username or password for the printer. How do I reset the printer so that I can change the network settings. I have tried all the solutions I have found on web searches included going to the service menu (asks for a password), log in to EWS (asks for a password), factory resetting using buttons on control panel (did not reset).

 

Can someone please help me reset everything so I can add this printer to my network?

I have sent you a private message with the NVRAM reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
