I have a problem trying to get my Wi-Fi direct password and when I print out the sheet, the password doesn't show on the paper.

Hi,

Press and hold the HP wireless direct button () for 3 seconds to print a Wireless Direct information sheet, that should include the WiFi Direct password.



Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.

Thanks @ShlomiL for the suggestion, but everytime I do it, the password doesn't show up on the information sheet.

The page says Enter the HP Wireless Direct Password but there is no password shown.

My page says the default password is 12345678.

Have you tried installing the setup cartridges? Might be worth a shot.
