So I got this printer A few days ago, we didn’t have any paper for it so we ordered some, it came yesterday. I’ve watched many tutorials on how to setup this printer and no one seems to have the same problem as me. I put in the cartridges that I got with the printer, but every time I connect to the printer via WiFi it says that the estimated supply levels are low and that I need to install the SETUP Cartridges even though I have. Pls help it’s really annoying me😡

@Louiegards, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Do you have any blinking lights on the printer?
- Re-insert the ink cartridges. Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
- Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue. Making a copy does not require the app.
Kindly click here to know how to setup this printer.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
