OfficeJet Pro 9015e all-in-one printer

Hello. I am trying to set up my new printer and keep running into an error message asking me to check the setup cartridges for leaks. I don’t see any leaks and this is preventing me from completing setup. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

@atwom1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to complete the printer setup due to this error.

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Use HP ink cartridges.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in these documents - Leaking Ink Cartridge and Ink cartridge error

If the error persists, you may get a replacement printer from the place you bought this, or please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
