HP Laser MFP 137fnw stuck at initializing and never completes initializing. After power on, I can hear the mechanical operation, then the printer goes into initializing phase but it never completes. I have successfully completed a power down and power discharge. Can you help me with guidelines to run a NVRAM initialization (factory reset)?
I cannot perform a firmware update as the printer does NOT finish initialization.
Any other suggestions?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
