When attempting to print printer starts to churn , does not pick up paper and then clicks off to the red light and stops. When opening and closing the front door the whole thing repeats. Printer diagnostics says Paper jam in tray 1 but there is no paper jam as no paper was picked up or eban attempted to be picked up
