Microsoft Windows 11

Samsung Xpress C410W - nothing printing (any color) after cleaning cartridges and drums.

 

Windows11 - It was printing this morning but some of the print was hard to read - kind of washed out a bit - I removed the 4 ink cartridges and cleaned them up a bit - removed the side board on left that collects dry ink - emptied it - removed the drum kit and roller - took apart and cleaned the roller - put all parts back in as they came out - printer cycles thru the paper fine - nothing on the print - no flashing errors, all correct software - lots of ink in the 4 cartridges - this was the first time I had the drum out - I wonder if it has something to do with taking it out and cleaning it.

 

Any suggestions anyone ???
