Is there a reset or something I don't know about?
I have a Samsung Xpress M2825DW Mono Laser Printer that won't power on anymore. It has worked for years. I have the service manual. I have replaced the power board with a genuine Samsung part. But it sill won't power up.

Board number is JC92-02609A I order directly from HP
Short across the terminals as below red arrow. If you can find some switches this size you could likely just replace the switch fi you are competent with a soldering iron.

If the power supply was bad then replacing it should have resolved the issue. However I have had a similar issue with other Samsung models and it was the switches on the display board that were bad. Looking at a picture of your printer it is the same setup as ones I have had a problem with. You can test by shorting out across the terminals of the power switch. If it comes on that is your problem. I have usually replaced the board but it might simply be the switch.
