Dear board members, when sending a print job to my Samsung SCX-4623FW multifunction printer, it prints out a page with the following message:
INTERNAL ERROR - Including Corrupted Data
POSITION : 0x9364b (603723) (numbers here vary)
SYSTEM : h6fw_5.35/xl_image
LINE : 154
VERSION : SPL 5.35 06-03-2009
This error happens frequently when I'm trying to print a jpg image or pdf document, and the actual document is not printed.
Essential hardware info:
Product: Samsung SCX-4623FW Multifunction Printer (Manf August 2010)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
I believe my printer drivers is up to date.
May someone in the know offer me a remedy to this situation please, as this problem is driving me nuts !
Kind regards
