HP PageWide Pro 477dw mfp
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a HP PageWide Pro 477dw mfp and are trying to setup Scan to Email on the EWS but we keep getting "Incorrect Credentials" error when we test. We are using an Office 365 email account and I am positive the credentials and SMTP settings are correct. (smtp.office365.com and email address/username is in the format user@domain.com) but we still keep getting that error. Multi factor authentication is disabled and I made sure SMTP AUTH was enable on the account as well. What could be causing my issue?

Hi,

A such will likely occur due to any security setting of the account.

Have you tried creating an App Specific password and use it instead of the standard password?
