Using HP smart app to scan from HP 4635. It won’t print from glass or scan from glass. I get a scanner busy message. Tried printing from app and glass . I hit copy and it goes to start black copy and when I hit it there are 2 beeps and nothing happens. Help! I tried start color copy and it beeps twice, too. I uninstalled hp smart app and reinstalled on iPhone and IPad. I unplugged the printer and restarted. There is a WiFi signal. I do not have a working laptop or computer. Thanks!

The easiest thing to try is a "hard reset" on the printer. While the printer is powered on, pull the power plug from the back of the printer. Wait about a minute and plug it back in.
If that does not resolve it, try turning your phone off and then back on.
If that does not work you can try resetting the network settings on the OfficeJet by going to The Wireless Menu on the front panel and selecting Restore Defaults. You will have to add it back to your wireless network after the restore.
