Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer will not allow me to scan due to scanner error 22 on display.  Please help.

You will need to disassemble the scanner to reach the scanner motor and you will probably have a gap between the gears on the motor. You will need to adjust the position of the motor to reduce the gap.
