If the scan to computer feature is not working on your HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Check Connections:
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer via a USB cable or through a network connection.
- Verify that both the printer and computer are powered on.
Restart the Devices:
- Turn off your printer and computer.
- Wait for about 15 seconds.
- Turn both devices back on and try scanning again.
HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility. This tool can help identify and fix common scanning problems on your HP printer.
Reinstall Scanner Driver:
- Uninstall the current printer software from your computer.
