Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you -
1) What's the operating system installed on the computer?
2) Have you installed the printer drivers on the computer? If you have not, here's the download link.
3) Are you trying to enroll in the Instant Ink?
Let's try these steps -
1) On the printer control panel, touch More.
2) Touch Network.
3) Follow the instructions on the printer control panel to complete the installation.
