Product: HP Color Laser 150nw
I have a the HP Colour Laser 150nw, which was working well but has recently started to jam. The error on the HP Easy Print Manager software shows #A3-6110 suggesting there is a sensor issue. I have tried many times turning it off and on again, without success. What is the next step as I can't get through to HP support. If easy to repair, any help appreciated, otherwise I think it is a new one needed, but this has not lasted well at all. Very disappointed. Please help.
