Hello all,
my Laserjet Pro 300 color MFP M375nw worked fine for a long time. However, for some time now, it is no longer usable due to a Service Error 79. It restarts after displaying the error, only to display the error again. The forums say that it could be due to a corrupt print job. I could not find a print job still open anywhere. In the meantime I have also reset the printer. It boots up after the reset and seems to be working. But only until I connect it to the wifi again. After that, I get Error 79 again. Can you help me? I am at a loss. Thank you!

Follow these instructions to purge any print jobs from the printer https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac...
After that, on the printer you want to disable the IPV protocol.

Hello @Hazzi1 .
- The printer has experienced an internal firmware error.
- An incompatible DIMM might be installed.

Another option:
1.- Remove toner.
Without turning off the printer from the button, remove the power cord directly. 3.
3.- Wait a minimum of 1 minute. While waiting, press the power button for about 10 seconds to discharge the remaining power. Then release and continue waiting.
4.- After the time has elapsed, put the power cord back in and make sure it is plugged directly into a wall socket, i.e. it does not go through power strips or multi-plug sockets.
5.- Turn on the printer and insert toner.
6.- Test now.
