Hi to everyone

I set Username and Password for Router Address: 192.168.0.102  and they are not accepted anymore.

I am sure I use the correct one but it is considered not valid.

How can I reset everything and start all over again in order to get into the router?

Thanks for any useful suggestions.

Paolo

Welcome to HP forums, I understand that you are unable to login to printer EWS page, correct me if I am wrong.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Are you trying to login to printer EWS page or router page?
  • Are you getting any error message?

Meanwhile:

If you want to reset the printer EWS page, perform a network defaults in the printer.

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Then follow the below steps to login to EWS page.

  • From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button together to print the network configuration page.
  • Fin d out the IP address or hostname of the printer from the network configuration page.
  • In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 192.168.0.12, type the following address into a web browser: http:// 192.168.0.12.

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
