Setup printer HP Officejet PRO 8600

Question 1

If I want to connect to my Proximus modem, I have to enter a password that is case sensitive, but the 1st letter of the password is a lowercase letter and the printer always makes it a capital letter. How do I fix this?

Question 2

A router is also connected to the proximus modem, a router that does not have a password, but the setup asks for it. How do I fix that?

@Paulxxx999, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The printer cannot be connected to an open/guest network. A security is required. If your router does not have a security, contact your internet service provider to assign one.

While entering the password on the printer screen, you will have an upward arrow in the on-screen keyboard just above the "123?' key, tap that to change between capital and small letters.

For more info on how to connect the printer to a wireless network, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
