I'm hopeful someone can help me out. I bough an HP Envy 7855 printer and it did not come with Setup Cartridges. So, during the printer initialization process, it freezes on the display screen asking me to insert the Setup Cartridges. Not sure what to do. Is it possible to bypass this and just setup the printers using normal HP 64 Ink Cartridges? I sure would appreciate any guidance from the community. Thanks!

Reset the printer
Resetting the printer can clear the error.
-
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 60 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, the only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
