Product: HP Color Laser 150nw

Hello, my HP Color Laser 150nw is printing the shadow of the top of the page around the bottom of the page.

 

I have manually cleaned the drum and checked ink cartridges and all seems okay.


I ran HP Print & Scan Doctor and it's not helping.
I ran the troubleshooter of the printer as well but no luck.

I have attached the Test Page below as a sample. Appreciate it if anyone can help how to resolve this.1708883834545.jpg
