GT 5810
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a 5 month old HP Deskjet GT5810 printer. I haven't changed any catridge and ink is full. But suddenly it is showing a message incompatible ink catridge and not printing any document. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

I understand that you get an "incompatible ink cartridge" error message on your HP DeskJet GT 5810 All-in-One Printer. 

 

This issue could occur if the electrical contacts on the printheads are not clean.

3. Error message (if any)
