I have ONLY owned HP Printers!  I have always viewed them as the BEST.  Now, with the change to the printer, making it impossible to print a single check from Quickbooks & Quicken (I use both).  SOOOOOOO very frustrated!  For years, I have printed checks perfectly, now it's impossible.  HP Support was ZERO help.  They said I have to pay for their Smart Friend support since it is a quickbooks/quicken problem.  Not so.  A year ago, I bought a new printer at my home office and I realized right away I couldn't print a single check anymore.  I honestly thought it was just that I bought a lower end printer.  But at one of my offices, the printer I used yesterday worked perfect, it went down so I bought a new printer.  I can no longer print a single check there either. I combed the internet looking for a solution before I called support. Obviously this has been a problem since 2017 (1st complaint I see online)  How has HP not resolved this yet???   So apparently, I just need to switch to a different brand.  Not happy about switching, but can't make this work.....  By the way HP PHONE SUPPORT, this is not a Quickbooks or Quicken problem this is an HP problem.....
