I have an Envy  5531 that had a bad paper jam that could only be cleared by removing the paper tray from the bottom. After the screws were removed I picked up one of the strips that had the screws and the tray popped up and a spring (not sure if that's what they are) that fell out and another popped out when I removed the tray. I have looked but can't seem to figure out where they came from.  Can someone tell me where they go and how to put them back in?   ThanksThere are two (2) of themThere are two (2) of them
