Stampante HP DeskJet 2710e

 

Quando mando in stampa un file PDF o un file di Word, la mia stampante stampa i fogli in bianco. 

Ho già provato ad aggiornare la stampante, ha cambiare le cartucce, ma nulla il problema c'è ancora. Ho anche fatto un test di diagnosi, ma non rileva nessun problema qualche. c'è qualcuno sa come fare, senza doverla portare da un tecnico?
