Product: Officejet 4632 e all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot get a sheet of Staples photo supreme double-sided matte paper to go through my printer.  It starts in a little bit but then just sits there while trying to print.  After awhile, a jammed paper message comes on.  The package does say 61 lb. 10 mil, so is this just too thick of paper for my printer?  Can't find any information about that.

The manual, as shown here, states photo paper up to 75Lb.  (page 122).  HP Premium Photo paper lists all the variables, as shown here.  (variables are 9-11.5ml)  This chart is more defined, with Lb and ml listed per type of paper.  I do have a suggestion, try a single sheet of that Photo paper.
