Status Attention Required +Double side printing problems on Envy 4520

When I  used ENVY 2540 in my old computer which is window7 64bit, it can automatically print double sides.

However, when I use the new computer - thinkpad x1 carbon - windows 10 64 bits, it confronted many problems. The left picture is the test page.

1. The attention required status of printer.

 

And when I start a print job, the printer will not work. "need user's intervention".

Once I restart the print spooler, sometimes it worked, and sometimes it still not print anything.

The document just be added in the queue, and the printer does't not work.

2. the double sides problem.

It cannot print double sides automatically. it need me to put the odd pages into the paper tray again to print the other side. And sometimes it will print the doctument one side - frstly the odd pages, and then the even pages. And the pictures is the screenshots of my printer setting.

 And the doble sides unit is also installed.

I really don'r know what's wrong with the printer. I need your help!!!

Hi,

Please try the following steps and let me know how it goes:

1. From the Control Panel select Network & Internet, then open the Network and sharing center.
2. Within the left pane click on Advanced sharing settings.
3. Within the Private Network section uncheck the box to automatically install network-connected devices.
4. Install the HP Software by selecting a wireless connection:
   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61222/mp-147801-1/EN4520_Basicx64_1122.exe
5. Try printing and check for any change, the printer should not be listed as HP Envy 4520 Series (Network), without the HP477A7E Prefix.
6. If you still experience any Attention Required error follow HP Print and Scan doctor 5.0.4  below, be sure to complete any suggested step includes restarting your computer and try printing again:
   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Please let me know if that resolved the Attention Required and duplex printing issues.
