Product: Samsung Xpress SL-M2020W Laser Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have been having a major issue trying to print from my printer.  I’ve watched countless YouTube videos and googled related issues but I can’t seem to get this printer to print anything.   I’ve disassembled it and cleaned the rollers a bit and all excess dirt and debris from the device but the printer does not even attempt to pick up any paper.  It automatically gives me the Red Light and says paper Jam when there is no paper in the machine.  I’ve even turned it upside down and tried to lightly shake anything out of it, is there a way we can factory reset or something?   Please advise, thanks in advance.
