HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hii have this printer HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One, its brand new.
Im using 250gsm matte paper to print out this photo, and i have tried different settings
(different matte paper, regular paper and hp matte paper) every time it comes out with stripes on the picture.
Anyone knows why or what i can do to change it?
First two pictures are matte paper, last one is regular paper.

Hi,

Open and close the Paper Tray and ensure the printer itself is configured for Speciality Paper, Matte.

On your PC ensure the same is configured within the print driver.

Also ensure the Print Quality is set as Best, then try printing the picture and check for any difference.
