Stuck in the initialization loop

A HP lasjet p2035 stuck in the initialization loop . (go - ready - attention leds are blinking separetly) Mostly i found an answer: wait and it will be done at one point. But after maybe 26 hours of waiting i think it wond repair itself.
What i tried:
Turn off/on
Power cable out waiting a minute and power on.
same but this time i pushed the two button over 10 second (or more).

Tried to open and close the cartridge door a few times within 2 sec.
Carried to another computer  and test (so couple of minutes powerloss). Multiple windows versions.
Tear down the side panels and pull the cables out from the formatting board (all cables).

Install on a new computer (the driver recognize the printer only when i push the two button for a long time) otherway it shows to be as offline.

Other things:
When its on and do the starting process it stops when i open the back door, or the cartridge door and shows the led errors, but not when i pull out the paper tray (bottom one).

This is an elementary school office's printer and we don't have the money for a new office quality printer.

What happens if you remove toner?

Defective formatter board 99% or toner.

No toner and bottom paper tray: toner and attention leds are blinking
No paper tray and the toner door is open: just the attention led blinking
Backside door open toner door open without a toner: jammed led blinking
Backside door open, toner door closed without a toner: jammed led blinking

Every door closed, but no toner inside, paper tray with papr is in: toner attention leds blinking

Toner in, paper in, every door closed: Go - Ready - Attention leds blinking separetly

I checked the formatting board with naked eye on my table but i didn't saw any burnmarks or other visually defect marks. (i worked as a first visual quality in an electronics workshop a decade ago, and i repaired some faulty smd components) And i didn't found any board schematics what should i find on the chips legs...
Later i will check this printer with another toner if i found one.
