Suddenly unable to duplex print on photosmart 7520 printer. Using with mac computer.

I was able to get it to duplex print. It still did state that duplex printing was not available on us letter size paper. However, this time when I selected us letter with two sided margins it did print (it didn't on previous attempts). Would there have been a change with an updated driver that makes this warning pop up with us letter? I have always only used us letter (unless using photo paper) and this had not popped up in the past. Just curious.

Glad that the issue got fixed.Yes, you guessed it right, it was the driver update issue.Superb job on trying the different steps to isolate the issue.Kudos to you. It is a genuine pleasure to work with technically competent customers like you.
