Hi,
There are no current HP Instant Ink printers compatible with Snow Leopard, any printers from the last years no longer compatible with older OS X versions such as 10.6..
The only Instant Ink enabled printers compatible with 10.6.8 were the first model to support the service (marketed at 2015) but those are older models and it is unlikely to locate any of these models in the market:
HP Officejet Pro 8610/8620/8630
HP Officejet 4630
HP ENVY 4500
