Hi there,
I wonder if you can help?
I have a HP MFP M148fdw printer and I am getting a 'supply memory error' message which is preventing me from printing.
I only use official HP cartridges so I know this is not the cause of the problem.
I have tried:
New cartridge
Cleaning connections inside the printer and on the cartridge chip
Replacing the chip
Rebooting the printer
Updating the drivers for the printer.
I suspect the problem is with the printer as I have tried 3 cartridges all with the same error. The printer is only 2 years old but is now out of warranty.
Is there anything I can try to fix it?
Thank you
