I, too, have a Supply System Problem error for my OfficeJet Pro 9015, the K (black ink) cartridge. I have already:

Verified the Cartridge Authenticity

Inspected the Cartridge

Checked the Cartridge Slot

Updated the Printer Firmware

Performed a Hard Reset

Tested Another Cartridge

And nothing has solved the issue. The printer still works for everything else, I can see the ink levels on the other cartridges are fine, etc., but without the black ink, it's not printing or faxing. Please let me know what the solution is. Thanks!
