HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I had the same issues with the "Supply System Problem" on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer after I inserted new print cartridges.  I followed the directions, but the problem just escalated.  It kept telling me to pull out the Cyan cartridge saying it was the problem (new error message) and put it back in.  This did not work even after cleaning the connector on the print cartridge with an alcohol wipe.  I also referred to the HP document:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201392.  I followed this and still had the errors.

SOLUTION that did work:

I went ahead and pulled out the printhead.  I used an alcohol wipe on the back and inside on the connections.  I had previously tried this on the print cartridges, and it did not work.  After doing this, when I put the printhead back in the printer and inserted the same new print cartridges, it started working successfully without the errors.

This works on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

NOTE:  I actually ordered the printhead from the HP Parts Store as specified in document c06201392 with expedited shipping.  Instead of part number 3JB16A, I was sent a print cartridge with part number 3JB26A (1 digit off).  I was given the RMA email address.  Long story short, I never received the printhead and was told the correct part number for the HP OfficeJet 9018e printer was 3JB15A (which is unavailable).  This is when I started trying to fix the printhead I already had.
