I have an Ovvice Jet Pro 9010e and need to replace the yellow cartridge. I am using the HP Instant Ink so I know that I have the correct cartridges (HP 962). I am getting an error that says "Supply System Problem Replace Y Cartridge." This is the first time that I need to replace an ink cartridge since I bought the printer. No matter what I do I can't fix the issue. I have tried to update the printer driver. I have tried to turn the printer off and unplug it to reset it. I have checked for printer updates. I cannot get in touch with HP Support to assist with this issue. Chat and Phone support are "unavailable at this time."

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still getting cartridge errors, and if you are enrolled in the instant ink program, I would need a few details.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
