Product: Envy 4520
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP Support has been unreachable/too busy/out of order 4 days. I continually get a message "We are temporarily unable to respond . . ." What's up wit that? I have a document I must mail tomorow, so I'm getting desperate. Troubleshooting requires logging in with the same results, they are not responsive. I'll have to buy another printer tomorrow if I cxan't get this one to work, and it is probably an easy fix . . .
