HP Recommended

We recently switched from frontier Internet to spectrum Internet here in Florida. I have an HP Win 11 PC and an HP Envy 7640 all in one printer. Since switching to spectrum we’ve had numerous issues with our printer connecting to our computer. They are on the same network, but my computer doesn’t recognize or can’t find my printer, therefore I can’t use the printer for anything. I spent an hour on the phone with spectrum tech-support and we went through a series of things and she was showing the printer and my PC and everything looks OK on her end. What’s the issue?
