Salut, mon imprimante ( mfp 178nw ) est bloquée sur l’initialisation du système, et j’ai vu exactement le même problème résolu un tas de fois sur ce forum et la solution est envoyée par message privé.

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a NVRAM reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
