I purchased an OfficeJet Pro 6835 just under 2 years ago. Within the first year print head error 0xc19a0003 occured and required a replacement which was a refurbished unit sent from HP.
This past week, exactly the same error occurred again, and based on online comments, it appears that this is a systemic problem with the 6800 family of products.
HP was very anxious to have me enroll for automatic cartridge shipments, which fortunately I did not do, but I did purchase several 934xl and 935xl cartridges which are now useless to me as they are no long applicable to any available product.
I attempted to contact the support number suppled with my original defective case (888) 747-7948, but was disconnected the several times that I called.
I have purchased inkjet printers from other manufactures that have provided good service and I am very disappointed with the durability of the 6835 product and lack of options to contact HP regarding this product. I also now have a considerable investment in apparently obsolete HP ink cartridges.
I appreciate any assistance that you can offer I would appreciate a reply ASAP.
Thank you.

I did receive a replacement, refurbished 6830 unit. This did resolve the problem. I am anxious about the possability of a re-occurance of the 0xc19a0003 problem. I asked about the availability of refurbished units for sale and decided to purchase one of those units as a backup.

I did find the reference to the print head replacement program, but received a message that there was a system problem and I could not submit the request at this time. I found an alternate HP Customer Suppor number and was able to speak to a contact who did advise that I was still elegable for a replacement (refurbished) unit and completed the request for me.
